Theros House is located 800 meters from the beach in Vourvourou, on the Sithonia peninsula. The house accommodates up to 8 guests and offers private parking and spacious terraces.

Accommodation

The house is spread over two levels connected by stairs.

The ground floor features a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and an additional toilet.

The upper floor includes a living room with a sofa bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom.

The property is equipped with 4 air-conditioning units (one in each room), free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests can enjoy several terraces, as well as a gazebo with an outdoor dining area. Barbecue facilities are available upon request.

The house offers private parking for 2 vehicles. Additional parking can be found on the street near the property or at a nearby public parking area.

Pets are not allowed.
