Theramvos Studios by Thomas is a resort set in the Kassandra peninsula, considered to be one of the most picturesque and cosmopolitan regions of Halkidiki. The apartments are situated in a very quiet area covering 3,200m2, 30m from the sea, on the old country road connecting the two villages Polychrono and Hanioti, at a distance of 1.5 and 3.0km, respectively. Theramvos is also located 95km from Thessaloniki and 85km from the airport.

Accommodation

Apartments

• Renovated two-bedroom apartment – One bedroom features a double bed and a sleeper chair, while the second bedroom has two single beds. It can accommodate 5 adults, 4 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 3 children.

The apartments are divided into one big bedroom, one small bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom (WC and shower). Each apartment is provided with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite LED TV, direct landline, safety-box, refrigerator, cooker, coffee-pot, cookery utensils, crockery, and cutlery, along with two balconies one in front and the other at the rear. The apartments are only available on the first and second floors.

Studios

• Renovated double studio – Consists of one open-plan space with a double bed and can accommodate 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.

• Renovated / standard triple studio – Consists of one open-plan space with a double bed and a single bed. Each can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. There is also the option of adding an extra bed for a second child.

The studios include a bedroom area, a kitchenette, and bathroom (WC and shower). Each studio is provided with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite LED TV, direct landline, safety-box, refrigerator, cooker, coffee-pot, cookery utensils, crockery and cutlery, along with two balconies one in front and the other at the rear (1st and 2nd floor) or with a balcony in front and yard space at the rear (ground floor).

Services & Facilities

• Our rear garden is a safe playground for kids and ideal for leisure activities like table tennis, (table) football, or beach rackets. There is also a largely covered BBQ area ideal for family meals outside in natural surroundings.
• Sunbeds (2 per studio/ 4 per apartment) and umbrellas are provided free of charge. Clients are kindly requested to return the sunbeds at night and do not leave them at the beach. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage.
• We offer free of charge parking place. The parking spaces are not numbered and this means that guests have to find a new parking space any time on their return to the complex. Since there is no surveillance service provided, ‘Theramvos’ disclaims all responsibility for any loss or damage to the vehicle or for any stolen objects from the car. Only one parking place is allowed per each studio or apartment. Clients with more than one vehicle and other guests are kindly requested to park outside the complex on the nearby road and not to occupy a free parking space.
• There is the parking place for bicycles. Theramvos’ disclaims all responsibility for any loss or damage to the bicycle
• Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are done every 4 days
• Pets are allowed only after prior arrangement and approval
