• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Haus Theodora is located in Sarti, 120 Kilometers from Thessaloniki, at the end of the second foot of Halkidiki, in Sithonia.
The compound is located right in front of the sea, as you can see from the pictures and in the center of Sarti.

Haus Theodora provide the visitor ten two and three-bed, fully equipped rooms.
In front of the hotel Is located Theodora Beach Bar where you can enjoy your coffee and your drinks, overlooking the mountain “Athos”. Also sunbeds and umbrellas waiting for you to relax in the beautiful beach of Sarti in front of the Haus Theodora.

Haus Theodora provide the visitor ten two and three-bed, fully equipped, rooms.

There are 3 types of rooms: Ground floor double rooms, Firts floor double rooms and Second floor delux rooms.

All rooms of the complex have spectacular sea views.
From every point of the beach is visible peninsula of Mount Athos with the impressive score "ATHOS" whose peak reaches 2085 m.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days.
