Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Theeta Thalassa Villa is located in Metamorfosi, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 640 meters from the beach. This is a modern villa with a private pool, suitable for up to 6 guests.

Accommodation

Theeta Thalassa Villa includes a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, and a courtyard with a landscaped garden and a private pool.

The living room is equipped with a seating area and a dining table. The kitchen is part of this space and is organized with all the necessary elements for preparing meals during the stay.

The two separate bedrooms each feature a double bed suitable for two persons, while the living room is arranged as an additional sleeping area with extra beds, allowing a total capacity of up to 6 guests.

The villa has two separate bathrooms, equipped with a shower and essential amenities for everyday use.

The living area opens onto a terrace with outdoor seating. Guests also have access to a courtyard with a garden and a private pool, as well as an outdoor relaxation area. A gas barbecue is available upon request, depending on weather conditions.
