Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Theeta Elia Villa is located in Metamorfosi, on the Sithonia peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 640 meters from the beach. The accommodation is a villa with a private pool, suitable for up to 6 guests.

Theeta Elia Villa consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, and a yard with a landscaped garden and a private pool.

On the ground floor, there is a living room designed as the central living space, featuring a seating set and a dining area. The kitchen is part of this space and is fully equipped for meal preparation during the stay.

One bedroom features a double bed for two guests, while the second bedroom has two bunk single beds, suitable for two guests. Additional sleeping space is provided in the living room.

The villa has two separate bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and basic amenities for daily use.

From the living area, guests have access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, while the yard includes a garden and a private swimming pool. The outdoor area is furnished for relaxation, and a gas barbecue is available upon request, depending on weather conditions.

Guests are provided with Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and parking near the property. A baby cot can be provided upon request.
