• Extra bed for a third child in a quadruple apartment - extra charge is 10% of the total price.
• Check-in: 13:00-16:00; Check-out: until 11:00.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Located in Vrachos only 60m from the beach, Thea Sea Apartments is a recently renovated accommodation with a sea view from the balcony, as the name of the property implies.

Accommodation

There are 2 maisonettes, all for maximum 5 people.

Each maisonette has an area of 80m², 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped.

In the case of the fifth person, extra bed can be added in the living room which is on the lower level.

There are also 4 apartments for 4 people available. Each has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the room with the kitchen features a single bed with a drawer bed.

Cleaning is not performed during the stay, while for 10+ days reservations one replacement of bed linen and towels is provided.

There is a parking place for every guest.
