• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

The Stone of Zeus Villa is located in Afitos, on the Kassandra Peninsula. The facility consists of two accommodation units that are rented out together, one villa and one studio. The accommodation capacity of both units is up to 14 people. There is a swimming pool within the villa, and the nearest beach is 180 m away.

Accommodation

The total area of the accommodation facility is 200 m².

The maisonette is spread over three levels. On the first level, there is a living room with a sofa bed suitable for two people. Two bedrooms with one twin bed each suitable for two people. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.

On the second level there is a living room equipped with a corner sofa suitable for two more people. The kitchen is equipped with a large combined refrigerator, oven, glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, espresso and filter coffee machine and toaster. There is also a smaller toilet on this level. The living room leads to the terrace, which is equipped with outdoor furniture suitable for dining and a barbecue. The pool is also positioned on the terrace, and guests have sunbeds, umbrellas and lazy bag armchairs at their disposal. From this terrace, guests can enjoy the view of the sea in addition to swimming in the pool.

On the third level there is a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower. As well as a terrace with outdoor furniture.

The second accommodation unit, i.e. the apartment, is reached by stairs located by the swimming pool. The apartment is spread over two levels. On the first level, i.e. the basement, there is a kitchen with a ceramic hob with two hotplates, an oven and a refrigerator. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower. On the second level there is a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for two more people. There is also a terrace with a sea view.

Wi-Fi internet, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, cot for children and high chair are at guests' disposal.

There is private parking for guests.

Pets are allowed with prior request and additional payment.
