Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Tereza House is located in Hanioti, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 100 meters from the beach. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and offers, among other amenities, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private entrance.

Accommodation

Tereza House features two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one private bathroom.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while an additional sleeping space is available in the living room, allowing accommodation for up to five guests.

The living room is designed for everyday relaxation and shared moments. It is equipped with a TV and connected to the kitchen. The kitchen allows guests to prepare simple meals during their stay and includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea maker, and kitchenware.
