Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Studios (25m2) have either 3 single beds or a double bed and a single bed, kitchenette in the hall and bathroom. Extra bed can be added (it it metal folded bed with standard mattress).

Apartment (30m2) includes a bedroom with 2 single beds and kitchen area together with living room where 2 more single beds are. Extra bed can be added. It is located on the 1st floor and has garden view.
