Description

SunsetPeramos Apartments are located 215 meters from the beach in Nea Peramos, in the Kavala region. Two apartments, each accommodating up to four guests, are available.

Accommodation

Apartment 1 (Semi-Basement Level)

The first apartment is situated on the semi-basement level, a few steps below the courtyard level. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room with a kitchen area includes two single beds. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.

The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle.

The apartment is equipped with two air-conditioning units, free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a washing machine. It also offers a terrace with a table and chairs facing the street.

Please note that this apartment does not have a private parking space.

Apartment 2 (First Floor)

The second apartment is located on the first floor. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen area that includes a sofa bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a two-burner cooktop, and a coffee maker.

The private bathroom includes a shower cabin.

The apartment is equipped with two air-conditioning units, free Wi-Fi internet, and a TV. It offers a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor seating and dining area.

A private parking space is available exclusively for guests staying in this first-floor apartment.

Pets are not allowed.
