Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If the reservation is cancelled after that, the deposit is not refundable but you may change your booking dated depending on availability.

SunPeramos Apartment is located about 100 meters from the beach in Nea Peramos, in the Kavala area. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

Accommodation

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room includes a corner sofa bed. There is also a fold-out armchair where a fifth person (a child) can sleep.

The kitchen includes a stove with an oven and a large fridge with a freezer. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
