• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Breakfast is also available upon request at an extra charge of 15€ per adult. Kids up to 6 years old breakfast is free of charge and up to 12 half price (7.5 EUR). An A la carte, delivery at the villa, dining and snacks menu is also available.
• All guests have free access to our gym, appoinment at the reception is required.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (0.5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 63 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 40€ but it could be more.
• 50% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received 63 – 42 days prior to the arrival date.
• 70% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received within 41 -22 days prior to the arrival date.
• 100% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received within 21 - 0 days prior to the clients’ arrival date.
• Early departure or non-show will be charged 100% of the total of the non-used or remaining overnights of the reservation.
• No extra fees or cancellation fees will be applied if customers move dates up to 30 days prior arrival.

Accommodation

Grande Villa is 110 square meters and consists of 3 bedrooms and magnificent view of the sea, the heated pool and the garden. Includes: fully equiped kitchen, living room, bathroom with whirlpool and bathroom with shower. Grande villa can accommodate up to six people plus one more that can use the sofa of the living room.

Two bedroom Villa is 85 square meters with an amazing view of the pool-whirlpool, the garden and the sea. Includes: fully equiped kitchen, living room, bathroom has a unique shower with hydro jets and rain shower. It can accommodate up to 5 people including the use of the sofa in the living room.

Spa Villa of one master bedroom has 85 square meters surface and a lovely view of the sea, the pool-whirlpool and the garden. The villa has a private SPA in the loft with a whirlpool and a sauna for 2 persons. Includes: fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom has a unique shower with hydro jets and rain shower. It can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Exclusive Villa consists of 3 villas one with 4 bedrooms which is 180 sqm and another 2 villas with 3 bedrooms each, 160 sqm. All villas have private swimming pools.
