Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Summer Colours Home is located in Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula, in the Halkidiki region, approximately 420 meters from the beach. The house can accommodate up to 5 guests and is a suitable choice for families or small groups looking for accommodation close to the beach and the amenities the resort has to offer. Guests have access to air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.
