Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Studios Teo is located about 4 km from the beach and 450 meters from the center of Sykia, on the peninsula of Sithonia. The location offers peace and quite place for stay, but by car guests can easily visit local beach as well as many other beautiful beaches in this region.

Accommodation

Studios Teo consists of 2 apartments located on the ground floor (few steps below ground level).

Each accommodation units has bedroom, living room, kitchen, terrace and bathroom.

• Ampelo Apartment (50m2) has bedroom with double bed and a double bed and a single bed in the kitchen area.
• Steno Apartment (48m2) has has bedroom with double bed and two smaller double bed in the living room.

Predivan smestaj , sve jos lepse nego na slikama . Domacini neprimetni , ali su tu za sve sto vam treba . Blizu glavnog puta i idealno za obilazenje prelepih plaza u okolini. Sve preporuke za ovaj smestaj . Bili od 09 do 19 septembra i boze zdravlja vidimo se ponovo sledece godine .🙂

Smeštaj je za svaku preporuku! Čist,prostran i lepo opremljen apartman,domaćini veoma ljubazni. Udaljen jeste od plaže ali je odlična baza za obilazak Sitonije.
