Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Studios Stella 2 is located in the same house as Studios Stella 1, in Toroni, in Sithonia. The beautiful city sandy beach is about 200 meters from the accommodation, and at a walking distance, there are restaurants, tavernas, supermarket, shops, and bars.

Accommodation

Studios Stella 2 consists of five studios located on the ground floor, three of which have been renovated. All studios are for 4 people. The renovated units have a double bed and a mattress for two people in the gallery, while the non-renovated units have double and bunk beds.

Each studio has a kitchen with a mini stove, an oven, and a refrigerator, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. There are also small terraces with tables, chairs, and garden views.

All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. The owner maintains the hygiene of the accommodation, and towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.

In front of the accommodation is a lovely garden full of greenery and flowers. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, a summer house with outdoor dining areas, and a private parking lot.
