• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Studios Plaisir rooms to let, are located at Limenaria Thassos, at the south part of the island. Our rooms are built inside a quiet and peaceful area, next to the amazing beach of Limenaria. From one hand you can see the deep green nature of Thassos, and on the other hand you can gaze into the crystal blue waters of the Aegean Sea.

Accommodation

Studios Plaisir is a business which belongs and managed by a French-greek family and is located just 15 meters from Limenaria’s beach, which will offer you some special moments of relaxation and fun, since Studios Plaisir has sunbeds and umbrellas you can use all day long! Studios Plaisir consists of fully equipped brand new studios and can offer anything you need so you have a pleasant stay. Our facilities have double, triple and quadruple studios.

All accommodation units include: fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom, TV. There is also balcony, except from one double studio.

For all guests there is a yard with bar and tables and BBQ facilities.

Public parking is next to the object.

Studios Plaisir are located right on the beach, just a few steps away. We toured all around the Thassos island beaches, but the beach the studios are on was the best- wide, clean, with the most pristine sea and not crowded at all, even on weekends. Our studio had comfortable beds and quite a big balcony. The owners, Nikki and Panaiotis, are great hosts. The studios are cleaned every two days. I must say that the house, front garden and the beach bar/ restaurant look better than the photos show, every single part was renovated/ updated. In the evening we took a stroll to Limenaria it' s not far. I strongly recommend studios Plaisir.

Everything was perfect. The location of the studios is excellent, it's next to the beach and 10 minutes walk from the center. The staff is very friendly. The music from the beach bar is relaxing. The rooms were cleaned 3 times, and the sheets and towels were changed also a few times. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will come back to Plaisir studios if we go to Limemaria again.
