• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Nostis Studios is located in Limenaria, on the island of Thassos, approximately 200 meters from the beach. The property is situated in a quieter area of the resort, close to the center, and offers various types of accommodation units suitable for 2 to 7 guests.

Accommodation

The property offers a maisonette, apartments, and studios of different capacities, located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor.

Ground Floor Units

Two-Bedroom Apartment (No. 7) – up to 7 persons

This spacious apartment features two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has two double beds, while the other includes one double bed and one single bed. The apartment has two separate kitchens and two bathrooms, providing extra comfort for larger groups. Instead of a private terrace, guests have access to a shared outdoor seating area in the yard, shared with a neighboring unit, with each unit having its own table and chairs.

Studio (No. 8) – for 2 persons

This studio is arranged as an open-plan space with a double bed. The kitchenette is basically equipped with a cooking hob and a small refrigerator. The bathroom includes a shower. Guests use a shared seating area in the yard with the neighboring apartment, overlooking the barbecue area.

Apartment (No. 9) – up to 5 persons

This apartment consists of a living room and a separate bedroom. The living area includes two single beds and a sofa bed, while the bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is part of the living area and is equipped with a hot plate and a small refrigerator. The bathroom includes a shower. Guests have access to a shared outdoor seating area.

This unit features a double bed. The kitchen and bathroom are renovated. The kitchenette includes a cooking hob, and the bathroom has a shower. The studio shares a seating area with a neighboring unit, with each having its own table and chairs.

First Floor Units

Studio (No. 1) – for 2 persons

This studio features a double bed, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and two cooking rings, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a terrace overlooking a quiet street.

Studio (No. 2) – up to 4 persons

This studio includes a double bed and additional joined single beds. It also features a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and two cooking rings, and a bathroom with a shower. The terrace is spacious and overlooks the surroundings.

Studio (No. 3) – up to 3 persons

This unit includes a double bed and one single bed. The kitchenette with two cooking rings and the bathroom are standardly equipped. The terrace is spacious and overlooks the surroundings.

Studio (No. 4) – for 2 persons

This studio has two single beds, a kitchenette with a hot plate and a small refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. It features a terrace facing a quieter part of the street.

Studio (No. 5) – up to 4 persons

Suitable for a larger number of guests, this studio includes two joined single beds and two sofas. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator and two cooking rings, while the bathroom features a shower. The terrace overlooks the surroundings.

Studio (No. 6) – for 2 persons

This unit has a double bed, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and two cooking rings, and a bathroom with a shower. The terrace overlooks the parking area and surroundings.

Maisonette – up to 6 persons

This spacious maisonette is located on the second floor and is arranged on two levels. The lower level includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, kettle, and stove. This level has access to two terraces, one with a sea view and the other facing the mountains.

The upper level is accessed via spiral stairs and includes two bedrooms with wooden beds. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub on this level.

The yard is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of greenery and space for outdoor relaxation. Guests can use the barbecue and seating area, making it ideal for socializing and outdoor dining.

Private parking is available on-site.

Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is provided every five days.

Pets are not allowed.
