• Deposit of 10% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Studios Nostos is a family business ideal for a family holiday or a vacation with friends. In a quiet and pleasant environment, just 200 meters from the beach of Limenaria and 150 meters from the village center.

We expect you to spend unforgettable holidays in our beautiful island. Each one of the modern and fully equipped apartments provides comfort and pleasant stay.

All studios and apartments will provide you with air conditioning and a full kitchenette with a refrigerator and kitchenware. You can enjoy mountain and garden views, while some units also offer Aegean Sea view. Free WiFi access is available (signal may weaken ocassionally).

The guests can cook, but frying is forbidden in the accommodation units.

There is no private parking available, but the guests can park their cars around the facility.
