Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Set on the emerald island of Thassos, Studios Maria is built about 100 meters away from the beach and the central spot of Potos. Within proximity, you will find restaurants, cafes and car rental agencies.

Accommodation

It offers spacious studios and apartments, ideal for couples, families or groups of friends. All of our studios and apartments are nicely decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities that will make all our guests feel at home. They all have furnished balconies with a view to the village of Potos.

Studios and apartments are spacious and air conditioned featuring wooden furnishings and tiled floors. They include a kitchenette with mini fridge, a TV and a private bathroom with bathtub or shower.

Units are cleaned daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every two days.

Guests are welcome to use the facilities of the sister property located right next to Studios Maria including a swimming pool, a children’s pool, a playground and a bar.
