Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more. The refund will be realized after the summer season ends.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Studios Evi rooms are built with care and located in the center of Potos, 350 meters from the main beach of the village. Studios Evis apartments are located in a 45km distance from the town of Thassos. Very close to the rooms, are super market, taverns, cafe and other amenities.

Accommodation

Studios Evis is a modern two-level complex consisting of spacious and airy studio rooms, equipped with modern amenities to ensure maximum comfort on vacation. All spaces have been designed with care, taking care to ensure that the accommodation provides warmth and a relaxing atmosphere.

Within the complex there are six studios, three double and three triple. Three-bed studios have an area of 25m2 and are equipped with three single beds or one double bed and one single bed. They also have a separate mini-kitchen, as well as a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, internet, and a terrace. The two-bed studio is 23m2 and is equipped with two single beds or one double bed, if necessary, it is possible to add an extra bed. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, internet, terrace, kitchen and bathroom.

The studios are cleaned every fifth day, and then the sheets and towels are changed.

In the yard, guests can use a barbecue, as well as umbrellas and sofas. The complex also has a fenced parking lot.

Sve pohvale za Grckuinfo i Studios Evis. Do sada moj najbolji smeštaj na letovanju, sve čisto, uredno, pedatno. Parking vrhunski, studio na 5 minuta od plaže, nocu mirno i tiho! Domaćini fantastični, čak smo i prilikom odlaska iz apartmana dobili poklon!
