• The prices are valid for at least 3-night reservation. During 15/06 - 13/09 the minimum stay is 5 nights.
• Extra bed - 20 €/per night.
• Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (5 € per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 11 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If cancelled 10 or less days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged.
• The family suite has 2 rooms connecting each other with a door and maximum capacity of 4 persons.
• The family suite with 1 bathroom plus 1 WC in the second room costs 5 Euros more in all seasons.
• The junior suite and executive double have maximum capacity of 3 persons.

Accommodation

Stratos consists of 38 rooms and 10 suites, all of which are perfectly equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, mosquito nets, balcony and safe.

• Single rooms - The single rooms are equipped with a double bed, shower, Wi-Fi network, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator and mosquito nets. Their size is 10 square meters.

• Double rooms - You can admire the beautiful view of the village or the pool from the balcony of your room! Hotel Stratos offers you 40 double and executive double rooms. Beautiful colors and carefully selected materials make up all the rooms. Each room has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, mosquito nets and a safe. Baby cot can be added upo request.

• Executive Double Rooms - This brand new room has a double bed and a single bed. With a capacity of 3 people, it is an ideal choice for couples and families! The Executive Double Rooms are fully equipped with wireless internet, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, mosquito nets and safe.

• Senior Suite - The senior suite has a bedroom and a separate living room where the sofa bed allows this two-bedroom apartment to accommodate up to 4 people. The older apartment has 2 balconies, and in both rooms you can find a flat-screen TV and air conditioning! Moreover, it is equipped with Wi-Fi network, hair dryer, mini fridge, safe and a completely new bathroom.

• Junior Suites - 2 junior suites have an interior area of over 27 square meters and 2 balconies! Decorated with elegant and modern taste, the Junior Suites are a combination of a bedroom and a living room. These apartments have a capacity of 3 people, while the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate another person. Junior suites are very well equipped with wireless internet, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets and safe! None of the 2 junior suites have a pool view.

• Family Suites - From the balcony of your apartment you can admire the beautiful view of the village or the pool! Hotel Stratos offers you different types of apartments to choose the most suitable for you! All apartments include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator with hairdryer and safe. 7 family apartments consist of 2 separate rooms with their own air conditioning in each room. This type of apartment gives you the opportunity to be close to your children while enjoying your privacy. Moreover, 5 of our two-bedroom apartments offer you complete autonomy due to the fact that both rooms have their own toilet, air conditioning and television.

The towels are changed every other day, and bed linen once a week. For stays longer than a week, the bed linen is changed every three days.
