• A deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Stella Tasos House is located 150 meters from the beach, in the old part of Sarti, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Square in Sarti is only abot 10 meters away from the object.

Accommodation

Stella Tasos House consists of a total of 6 six studios, each accommodating up to 3 persons. There are 2 units on the ground floor, two on the first floor, and two on the second floor.

Garbage is taken out of the studios daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 4 nights.

Parking is provided for studios on the first and second floors, but not for the one on the ground floor.
