• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• All apartments are suitable for families of up to 2 adults and 2 children
• In families with two children, the children must be aged 0-11.
• Apartments are not suitable for 4 adults, or 5-6 member families.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per unit) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Important notes
• The beach 40m in front of apartments is unorganized, small, rocky, but very quiet. The closest sandy beach for children is in the village of Nea Skioni, 2 km form apartments.
• The apartments are self-catered, therefore there is no everyday cleaning, but in the middle of stay with towels and bed sheets change.
• The AC is functioning on a standard temperature of 25 degrees and there is a fan in the bedroom.

Cancelation Policy
• The deposit is 94% refundable up to 21 days before arrival.
• After that period the deposit is kept by the apartments.
• Credit cards are accepted only at guests' presence.

Children Policy
• All children are welcome.
• Children up to 2 years old stay for free but are counted in apartment capacity.
• Children over 15 years old are considered adults in terms of accommodation purposes.
• In case of families 2 adults + 2 children the age of children MUST BE younger than 12 years old (0 – 11).

Arrival
• Upon arrival please park in the yard and find us in apartments 104 and 106.
• There is no reception. Check in is conducted outside on apartments 104 or 106 balcony.
• Check in: Between 13:00 – 15:00, Check out: Between 09:00 – 10:00.
• Late check in is possible after coordination with the owners
• Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Parking
• There are 2 parking areas in the yard.
• Each area can hold up to 7 cars parked close to each other. Total 14-16 cars.
• There are spaces outside our yard for the remaining cars.

House keeping
• Everyday cleaning is guest responsibility as our apartments are self-catered.
• Clean bed sheets and towels are offered after 4 or 5 days of sleep depending on length of stay.
• Quiet hours are strictly obeyed between 15:00-17:00 in the afternoon and between 23:00 – 07:00.

Description

Stella-Meri Studios / Apartments are self-catered, good quality apartments located in Louloudia or Agios Ioannis, at the outskirts of Nea Skioni (2000m west of the village), in Kassandra peninsula of Chalkidiki. It is 100 km from Thessaloniki Airport or 75 minutes driving by car.

The apartment complex is built 40m from the coastline. In front of the premises guests can find a small, quiet, free beach (not organized) with very clear waters, but wild with stones. Therefore special sea shoes are advised.

The location, at the lower part of Kassandra Peninsula, gives the opportunity to all guests to reach by car, within 5 – 15 min driving, various beaches with crystal clear waters, either quiet or organized.

Accommodation

All 20 apartments are the same (appx 29m2) and composed of a combined living room-kitchen area, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a private bath. Each apartment can accommodate from 2 to 4 guests. However, they are ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child or a 4-member family (2 adults + 2 children aged from 0 - 11 years), who desire to spend their holidays in a peaceful environment, ideal for quiet – relaxing vacations.

From the apartment balconies, especially from the second floor, the guests can enjoy the view of the North Aegean Sea and the sunset. Ground floor units don't have sea views, but offer direct access to garden.

Everyday cleaning is the guest's responsibility. Clean bed sheets and towels are offered every 4-5 days, depending on the length of stay.

The main building is surrounded by an 1800 m2 lawn yard, full of flowers and it's safe for children to play around. Free private parking is also available to 14 guest vehicles. There are two parking areas in the yard. Each area can hold up to 7 cars parked close to each other. There are spaces outside the yard for the remaining cars.
