• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Description
Apartments Lemonis Panagiotis is located in front of the sea at the village of Nea Skioni, on the Kassandra peninsula in the Halkidiki region (zero metres from the sea) and approximately 300 meters from the center of the village or 5 minutes on foot. The property is situated close to the village center, port, sandy beaches on each other side of the port, supermarkets, bakeries, tavernas, and other amenities intended for guests everyday needs. Apartments and houses suitable for accommodating from 3 to 6 persons are available.
Accommodation
Apartments Lemonis Panagiotis offers accommodation units distributed across three levels of the property. The offer includes triple and quadruple apartments, as well as a larger two-level house suitable for accommodating up to six persons. All accommodation units include a sleeping area, a kitchen or kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a terrace.
The triple apartment is suitable for accommodating up to three persons. The apartment features one double bed and an additional bed intended for one more person. The apartment offers a street and hillside view, as well as a terrace intended for guests’ outdoor stay.
The quadruple apartments are suitable for accommodating up to four persons. Depending on the accommodation type, the apartments feature a double bed and additional beds or sofas that can be converted into standard single beds. Some apartments offer direct sea views, while others have side sea views. Guests have access to a terrace with outdoor seating furniture and a space intended for everyday use.
One apartment also includes a separate private garden with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. This accommodation unit features one separate bedroom with a double bed, while additional sleeping space is organized in the living room through a sofa bed and a fold-out armchair.
The seaside house is organized across two levels and is suitable for accommodating up to six persons. The first level includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, and a terrace with sea view. On the second level, there are three additional bedrooms, another bathroom, and a terrace. This accommodation unit is suitable for larger families or groups of guests who require more separate rooms.
The kitchens and kitchenettes are functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to an electric stove with oven, refrigerator, basic cooking equipment, dishes for food preparation and serving, and a dining area.
Bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. A hairdryer is available upon request.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen, towels, and terraces with sea or surrounding area views are available to guests.
For each apartment, one sun umbrella and two sun loungers are provided for guests’ use during the stay.
The beach near the accommodation is long and narrow, with a combination of sandy and rocky areas, while the sea is shallow and suitable for swimming, diving, and fishing. Due to the rocky parts of the shore, water shoes are recommended.
Private parking is not available, but guests can use free parking spaces along the road and at public parking areas near the property.

Ukoliko se bilo ko dvoumi da li da rezerviše ovaj smeštaj ili ne, odmah neka prestane da se dvoumi 😊 Mi smo bili ove godine početkom septembra i sve preporuke! Bili smo u apartmanu sa bocnim pogledom na more. Sve je čisto, uredno, Konstantia divna žena. Poslala nam je mnogo korisnih informacija i preporuka za obilaske, restorane, markete. Što se tiče plaže, privatna je, izuzetno čista voda, ali ima kamenja. Poneti obuću za vodu i sve je ok. Gradska plaža je takodje blizu, lepo je uređena i nije bilo prevelike gužve niti galame. Samo mesto je odlično za one koji žele da obilaze i druge plaže i mesta. U svakom slučaju, sve preporuke!

Bili smo u smestaju sa pogledom na more i divnom komotnom terasom. Ako zelite miran odmor bez guzve idealno. Plaza je sljunkovita ali obuca za vodu resava problem. Gazdarica ljubazna tu je za sve sto vam treba. 😍 Za 10 dana boravka dva puta su menjali posteljinu i peskire.Mesto je malo ali ima sve sto vam je potrebno, sve je na 10 min od smestaja. Nismo isli na grasku plazu jer nam je plaza uz apartman bila super.

Upravo smo se vratili iz ovog mesta. Smestaj odlican, besprekorno cist, Konstantia ljubazna i uvek dostupna. Plaza kamena, malo dalje od obale se nalazi stena koja stiti obalu od talasa tako da su deca uzivala u tom delu. Obavezna obuca zbog lakeg ulaska u vodu. Jezeva ima iza stene, ali sa strane do plaze je cisto. Postoji dva silaska do obale, oba su dostupna za goste, ali gosti mogu levi da koriste. WIFI kao i svaki u Grckoj, u vreme pauze od plaze i uvece je malo sporiji, ali kome treba nesto bolje tu su kartice, 12eura neogranicen internet. Postoje bicikla koja su dostupna gostima ukoliko neko ne zeli da pesaci do prodavnice. Mesto je tiho, nema buke. Sto se tice restorana, dobro proverite recenzije po internetu. Ima preskupih sa osrednjom hranom, ali i onih koji su odlicni a cene sasvim pristupacne.

jul 2023, 12 dana. Bili smo u ovom smestaju,cisto, smestaj je kao na slikama, bili smo u apartmanu od 50m2, sa klimom u dnevnoj sobi,a u spavacoj ne. mogu vam reci da je bilo prijatno. Konstantia, domacica,vrlo pristupacna,korektna, uputstva deli preko vibera.Menja peskire i posteljinu na 3 dana. Moram napomenuti da je plaza kamenito -stenovita izuzetno cista voda, puna jezeva. Resenje su patike za vodu i nema problema. Nema guzve,prvatna je plaza. Preporuka za ljude koji ne vole pesak.:relaxed:

Bili smo u Nea Skioni kod Konstantie od 26.6 do 3.7.2023 u posebnoj novoj kuci koja je fenomenalna sa 3 spavace sobe. Sve je savrseno cisto. Ono sto imate kod kuce imate i ovde. Uredjaje u kuhinji sa svim malim aparatima od miksera do tostera i blendera - sve vam je na raspolaganju. Domacini su predobri i vode računa da vam bude ugodno svakoga trena. Gospođa Konstantia nam je čak pomogla i izdvojila svoje vreme da pogledamo neke vile i prevodila je na licu mesta na grčki. Mi smo oduševljeni sa čitavim gostoprimstvom i pažnjom. Toplo preporučujem ovo mesto i smeštaj. Mi se vraćamo sigurno opet. Fantastičnim domacinima zahvaljujemo od srca. Topli i divni ljudi, puni ljubavi i harmonije. Kada razgovarate sa Konstantiom ona pleni iskrenom svetlošću čiste duše i mirom. Uvek je tu da vam pomogne, bilo šta da vam zatreba. Prezadovoljni smo i smestajem i mestom i nabavkama i obilascima obližnjih mesta. Veliko , veliko hvala. Pozdrav od Svetlane, Vuka i Dragice.

Poštovanje za sve koji ste u grupi Grčkainfo. Bili smo gosti ovoga hotela tj apartmana u periodu od 08.08 pa do 15.08. 2022. Svima koji bi poželeli da odu u Nea Skioni srdačna preporuka ovog hotela. Nalazi se na samoj plaži koja je malo kamenita ali je more toliko čisto da se vidi svaki kamenčić. Iskreno rečeno mi smo išli nekih 600 metara od hotela na gradsku plažu koja je toliko uređena, da sam stvarno prijatno iznenađen. Parking za automobile je besplatan. Ležaljke su od 3.5 pa do 5 eura ali uz naručeno piće je besplatna upotreba dve ležaljke, suncobrana i stolice. U sklopu hotela imate takođe besplatne ležaljke i suncobran. Mi smo toliko zadovoljni da smo već sad rezervisali apartman za iduću godinu. Vlasnica i njen suprug nakon svake smene turista detaljno dezinfikuju sve prostorije i balkone. Svaka čast na tome. Da završim komentar... TOPLA PREPORUKA ZA SVE ONE KOJI ŽELE SVOJ MIR I ODMOR... Na plažama nema gužvi niti raznoraznih prodavača krofni, itd. Pravi odmor i opuštanje

Mi smo bili 2019, zaista je smestaj lep, nije bas hotel sa najsavremenijom opremom ali je lepo,cisto i prostrano. imali smo bocni pogled na more, na plazu smo izlazili ujutru da pijemo kafu a kupali se na pescanoj plazi. Zaista sve preporuke pd srca za ovaj smestaj i za ovo malo slatko mestasce u kom smo saznali da cekamo drugu bebu :dolphin::dolphin::dolphin::dolphin:

I just have to say that this is the best accommodation we've had in years, aside from the place being truly peaceful and beautiful, the Landlord Konstantia was amazing everything we could ask she was ready to give us, she's very kind and friendly. This place is really for a peaceful vacation. 10/10 Would definitely recommend and would definitely come again!

Nalazimo se u ovom smeštaju, imamo apartman sa bočnim pogledom na more. Sve je uredno, čisto i prostrano. Gazde su veoma ljubazne. Plažica ispred kuće je lepa, ima tuševe, ležaljke i suncobrane koje koristite besplatno. Na ovoj plažici voda je najčistija. Ako volite velike peščane plaže na deset min. hodanja je gradska plaža. Mi kombinujemo ove dve plaže. Na usluzi su vam i bicikle.

Mi smo ove godine prvi put bili u Skioniu i siguran sam da cemo se vratiti ovde u ovaj smestaj. Sutra nam je poslednji dan letovanja. Sobe su komforne i lepe, klimu ima svaka soba. Sobe koje gledaju na ulicu super ali ipak su one koje gledaju na more nesto posebno. Kuca ima svoju plazu koja na prvi pogled i ne izgleda nesto posebno ali sutradan kad se probudite i shvatite koliki mir dobijate na njoj osmeh vam nece silaziti sa lica. Gazde su divni ljudi koji se stvarno trude oko svojih gostiju. Svako pitanje koje imate postavite Dini (gazdarici) i pomoći će vam sigurno. Mi smo imali i bicikle na koriscenje i to nam je stvarno znacilo (kad god ides u prodavnicu ides "bajsom") . Sve u svemu kuca Lemonis Panagiotis zasluzuje sve pohvale od urednosti , usluge, lokacije, odnosa prema gostima .... Ako zelite mir i odmor ovo je pravo mesto za to. Ako ste ipak za ludnicu i vasar na 9km su Hanioti i Pefkohori.
