The Stamatia Apartments complex is located in Asprovalta, in the region of Strimonikos Bay, one of the most popular tourist destinations in northern Greece. It is about 150m from the beach and has units of different capacities (2-5 people).

Economy studio (15m2) has a French bed and a table with two chairs, a kitchen with a stove and kitchen accessories, and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for the stay of 2 people. Guests can use the roof terrace with outdoor furniture.

Roof top studio is suitable for 2 people and is recommended for couples. It is located on the highest level of the building and has access to a roof terrace with outdoor furniture. The unit has a private bathroom with a shower.

Superior studio (25m2) is suitable for 2 adults or two adults with 1 child. It has a kitchen with a refrigerator and a double bed, and on request it is possible to add an extra bed or cot. The unit has a private balcony with a view of the center of Asprovalta.

The standard apartment (38m2) consists of 2 bedrooms with French beds, a private bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen with a refrigerator. It is suitable for 2-4 people and is recommended for families with children or couples. The apartment has a small, private terrace.

The elegant apartment (50m2) has two bedrooms with French beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a stove, extractor hood and fridge. The apartment is suitable for 4-5 people (with an extra bed) and is recommended for families with children or couples. The unit has a terrace with a view of Asprovalta with a table and chairs.

The premium apartment (60m2) has two bedrooms with French beds, a private bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge, toaster and kettle. The unit has a terrace with a view of the center of Asprovalta with a table and chairs. It has a hairdryer, TV and free WiFi internet. The unit is air-conditioned, and towels and bed linen are provided and changed every 5 days. It is possible to add a cot (on request).
