Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

THE FACILITY IS BEING RENOVATED.

Spanos House is located in Sarti, on the peninsula of Sithonia, 20m away from the beach in New Sarti, about 500m from the town center, and about 150m from the nearest supermarket and bakery.

The facility offers accommodation for 2 to 3 people.

Accommodation

Spanos House offers 7 accommodation units: one three-bed studio in the basement and six two-bed studios (three on the first, and three on the second floor).

The three-bed studio (22m2) has one double bed with a pull-out bed underneath it.

Two-bed studios (22m2) have two single beds joined together.

Kitchens are well equipped, bathrooms have a shower cabin.

Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days.

There is no private parking, a public parking lot is about 500m away from the facility.
