• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Surrounded by a flowered garden 300m from the sandy beach of Toroni, Sophia's House offers self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi and balcony or patio overlooking the lush greenery.

Accommodation

Sophia House offers bungalows and a house with a high ground floor and first floor.

All accommodation units include free Wi-Fi internet and a terrace with a view of lush greenery. Air-conditioned studios and apartments include: kitchenette with cooking utensils, coffee maker and fridge, mosquito nets, TV and private bathroom with shower.

On the high ground floor there is a three-bedroom apartment with 3 balconies. There is a double bed in the first bedroom, a double and a single bed in the second, and a double bed with a sofa bed in the third. The kitchen is fully equipped.

On the first floor there is an apartment with a double bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the kitchen area. There is also a neighboring apartment which is located on the corner of the house and has a large corner terrace overlooking the garden, which is separated from the other apartment by flower pots. It contains a double bed in the bedroom, as well as a single bed and a single folding sofa in the living room with kitchen and dining room.

There is a two-bedroom apartment in the bungalows. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has 2 smaller double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are also 3 studios. In the first one there is a double bed of smaller dimensions and 2 single beds, while the kitchen is separate. The other has a smaller double bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen area. The third studio has a double bed and a bunk bed in the kitchen area.

The three-bed studio has a double and a single bed, while the four-bed studio has 2 double beds.

In the garden, guests can use a barbecue, and there is also a playground for children. Private parking is provided in the backside of the yard.

A supermarket and taverns are about 300m from the accommodation. A washing machine is also available. Bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days.

One extra bed can be added to all accommodation units with an extra charge. A baby cot for children up to 2 years of age can be added on request and at no extra charge.

Mi so bili u apartmanima tri puta do sada. Čisto je, prelepo dekorisano, budi vas cvrkut ptica. Imate utisak da ste otišli u nečiji dom kao gost. Sve preporuke!

The apartments have old and used furniture, in the family apartment where I stayed (2 adults and two children) the toilet was broken, the bathroom was small and crowded, the bathroom sink was slightly bent, the internet did not work very well, there was no washing machine or hair dryer as mentioned, and the beds ware not extra long. Initially I did not find cleaning (the kitchen cabinets were extremely sticky), later someone came and cleaned and this was done every 2 days (including linen and towels). As a conclusion, I would not return to Sophia's house because the host is not welcoming at all (she is a sour person who does not know how to run her business, she does not even know a few usual words in English for a conversation and how to make her guests feel welcome). By the way, the apartments are in a different location from maisonette (about 200-300 meters, which is not exactly ok if you go with a larger group of friends and you want to stay together).
