Description

Sokratis House is located near the village of Metamorfosi, at the entrance to the Sithonia peninsula, 430 meters from the nearest beach. It is a maisonette that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Accommodation

The maisonette is spread over three levels connected by internal stairs.

On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and a terrace.

On the first floor, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

On the second floor, there is an additional bedroom with a double bed (not air-conditioned).

The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access and a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as access to a shared washing machine.

Guests can use the shared garden, where a barbecue is available upon request. There is no private parking, but free street parking is available near the property, as well as a public parking area located 100 meters away.
