• In studios: children's age 2-12 y.o.
• In apartments: children's age 2-18 y.o.
• Babies free of charge.
• For HB, BB or FB owners can arrange in the restaurant on the beach.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (1.5€ per day/room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancellation policy
• If 40% is less than 3 nights, in this case, a deposit minimum of 3 nights to confirm a booking. The remaining balance, if there is any, will be paid first day upon arrival.
• If canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less the 50 EUR administrative fee.
• If canceled later, or in case of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. (21 days-0 days).
• If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, the property owner keeps the right to charge 50% of the total price of the reservation.
• If the customer wants to leave before the day of departure is obliged to pay 100% of the total for the first 3 nights and 50% for each day until the departure day.
• Guests must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to the property.

Description

Sissy Villas San Antonio is a renovated holiday unit, 300 m from the most cosmopolitan village of Thassos, Potos, in a quiet area but close to some bars and taverns. Situated on a plot of 3.000 m2 with garden and trees, ideal place for children. San Antonio beach Beach is front to the rooms and you can swim in 10 meters distance.The garden has a barbeque, free of charge private parking available.

Accommodation

Each Studio has: a king size bed and a large sofa which is transformed into bed double width 1.30 and can accommodate one - two children, a big fully equipped kitchen (forks and knives, dishes, glasses, coffee machine, cooking machine, refrigerator, kettle), shower,hair dryer, wardrobe for clothes, a large balcony with sea and garden view, available free Internet (WiFi), Air Condition, LCD TV, satellite, safety box, sun shade for balcony. 
Between studios there are a partitions for privacy but if you are friends you can eat together after join your tables. 
Studios are on the second level and you can lock fence door for children's safety  so they can not go to the steps stairs.  

Each Apartment has: two connecting sleeping rooms. The first provides a king size bed and the second two single beds. Also, both rooms have LCD TV satellite, safe box, available free Internet (WiFi), Air Condition, a big fully equipped kitchen (forks and knives, dishes, glasses, coffee machine, kettle, cooking machine, refrigerator), shower, hair dryer, wardrobe for clothes, a private balcony with sea and garden view, sun shade for balcony. Between apartments there are a partitions for privacy but if you are friends you can eat together after join your tables.
