Description

Sirius Villa Nikiti is a luxury property located in Nikiti (Sithonia peninsula), just 270 meters from the nearest beach. The international airport in Thessaloniki is 88 kilometers from the villa. The maximum capacity of this accommodation is 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children).

Accommodation

The complex features a comfortable house with a private courtyard. The house includes a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, one toilet, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

The living room has one sofa bed, a television, and an air conditioner.

The first bedroom contains one double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a large refrigerator, flat cooktop stove, oven, extractor hood, and coffee machine.

Both bathrooms are standardly equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, and the villa also has one separate toilet with a sink and toilet.

The accommodation is covered by free wireless internet. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture suitable for dining. Guests have access to a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board. Small pets are welcome upon request and additional charge.
