• Surcharge for the sixth person (studio in the attic) - 5 EUR per day/per person.

• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sinapis Studios are located in the middle of Sarti, between the old and the new part, on the second leg of Halkidiki, the Sithonia peninsula. It's approximately 50m away from the beach and features a balcony that provides a direct sea view.

Accommodation

This accommodation has 16 units that are located on the first and the second floor. On the ground floor there is a souvenir and clothing shop.

Triple studios (4 in total) are on the first floor, equipped with a double and single bed. They cover an area of 18m² and have a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, small fridge, kitchenware), a bathroom with shower and a balcony. Two of them have a sea view and the other two have a mountain view.

Quadruple studios (4 in total) are on the first floor and consist of a double and a bunk bed each. They cover an area of 21m² and have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. Two of them have a sea view and the other two have a mountain view.

On the second floor there are 8 brand new studios (21m²) for 6 people with two double beds at the ground level and one double bed in the loft (gallery). The half of them have a mountain view and the other half have a sea view. On the ground level there is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a bathroom with shower and a balcony.

In front of the building there is a large public parking. In the fenced yard, there is a barbecue ready for use.

Towels and bed linen are replaced every 3 days, while the accommodation is not cleaned during the guests' stay.
