• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Sikia Art House is located 50 meters from the beach, in Sykia, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Can accommodate 4 to 5 persons.

Sikia Art House consists of 1 studio and 5 apartments, all located on the ground floor.

Studio No. 6 has a bedroom (not separated by door) with a double bed and kitchen space with a single bed and a drawer bed (same size as the single one). Can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Apartment No1. has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, while in the kitchen space there is one more double bed. Has 2 terraces. Can accommodate up to 5 persons.

Apartment No.2 is the same as apartment No.1.

Apartment No.3 has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and kitchen area with a double bed. It is located 2 steps below ground. Can accommodate up to 5 persons.

Apartment No.4 has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and kitchen area with a queen size double bed. It is located 2 steps below ground. Can accommodate up to 5 persons.

Apartment No.5 has a bedroom with a double bed and kitchen space with 2 queen size beds. Can accommodate up to 2 adults and 4 children.
