• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Seydnaya Apartments & Studios is located near Paradisos Beach in Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia. It is very well-positioned as it has easy access to the beach and the centre of Neos Marmaras.

Accommodation

This complex consists of 2 buildings and has 12 units.

• Double studios (15m²) have one king size bed. The kitchenette is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave. Also a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and toiletries. Studios have a garden view.

• Junior suite with garden view (30m²) is located on the ground floor and has easy acces to the garden area. It can accommodate up to 4 people as it has one king size bed, one single bed and one sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave. Also a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and toiletries.

• A two-space apartment (30m²) is located on the ground floor for easy access and view to the garden area. The apartments consists of a bedroom with king size double bed and a separate living room with two single beds. It can host up to 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. Also there is SAT TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom provides you with shower, hair dryer, towels and toiletries.

• Junior suite with sea view (30m²) consists of one double bed and one sofa-bed in the living room. In addition, there is enough space for an extra bed in case of 4 people. It offers all of the modern amenities such as air condition, SAT TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave. Also a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and toiletries. This suite is located on the second floor and has a big balcony with a view to the area of Paradisos Beach and the Toroneos Gulf.

A baby cot is available upon request. Private parking is also available.

Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done after 3 nights.
