Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Villa Serenity is a luxurious villa located in Sykia, Sithonia (Chalkidiki), situated 1 kilometer from the coast (2–3 minutes by car) and the same distance from the town center, where shops, bakeries, and restaurants can be found.

The villa consists of two accommodation units:

1. Two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor (Serenity GroundAp)

2. Three-bedroom apartment on two floors (Serenity Maisonette)

The apartments share a spacious yard with private parking spaces, children's swings, a lawn, two barbecues, an outdoor shower cabin, garden tables and chairs for guests who enjoy dining outside. Both apartments have a view of the mountain landscape. Both apartments have access to wireless internet (Wi-Fi).

Accommodation

1. Two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor (Serenity GroundAp)

This apartment includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room.

Each bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a portable air conditioner, and one of the rooms has a private terrace.
In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as a smart TV, a portable air conditioner, and a private terrace.
The apartment has a washing machine, and towels and bed linen are provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, sink, and toilet.
The kitchen is well-equipped—featuring a large refrigerator, stove, oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

2. Three-bedroom apartment on two floors (Serenity Maisonette)

This apartment includes three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room.

The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, a private terrace, a wardrobe, and a portable air conditioner.
The bedrooms on the second floor each have one double bed, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, and a shared terrace.
The living room includes a sofa bed that can sleep two people, an air conditioner, a smart TV, and a private terrace.
The bathroom features two sinks, a shower cabin, and a toilet.
The apartment has a washing machine, and towels and bed linen are provided.
The kitchen is well-equipped—featuring a large refrigerator, stove, oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
