Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Seaside Studios is a complex in Paralia Dionisiou, Halkidiki, only separated from the beach by a promenade. It is conveniently located, just a few-minutes walk from the city center and all tourist facilities, and offers air-conditioned accommodation with a sea view for 2-4 people.

Accommodation

The facility has four types of units:

• Studio for 2 people with a side view of the sea - two single beds
• Studio for 2 people with sea view - two single beds
• Studio for 3-4 people with sea view - three single beds and a futon
• Apartment for 4 people with a sea view - one double and two single beds (not available for season 2026)
• Apartment for up to 5 people - with two double beds and one single bed

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with television, free Wi-Fi internet, and irons. Each studio has a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a dining area, while apartment has a kitchen with a cooker.

The private bathrooms have a shower and a hairdryer, and the terraces are furnished and offer a view of the sea. The cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every 5 days.

The tour desk can arrange car rentals or airport transfers. Guests can park for free on the street in front of the accommodation, and pets are welcome.
