Description

Seaside House is a brand new accommodation and designed with modern architecture. It is located just 30 meters from the sea and right behind there is a forest area, offering moments of absolute relaxation to the visitor. Situated on the beachfront, this property features a garden.

The center of Siviri is approximately 200 meters (3 minutes walk), following the scenic route by the sea. There is a security door both in the house and the apartment.

Accommodation

Studio A has 1 single bed, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. It features 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower.

Studio B has 1 single bed and 1 double bed. It inludes 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a bath or shower.

Studio C has 1 single bed and1 double bed. It features has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower.

Studio D has 2 single beds and 1 double bed. It has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower.

In addition the wifi is excellent as it is autonomous for each apartment. The TV is 32 ” and hot water is available 24 hours a day. The mattresses of the accommodation are anatomic.

Upravo smo završili letovanje u navedenom smeštaju, i iskustvo je fantastično. Lep, nov objekat, izuzetno čist, na 2 min od plaže i 5 minuta od centra. Domaćini su izvanredni, preljubazni, tu su da pruže svaku pomoć i ispoštovali su svaki detalj iz dogovora. SVE PREPORUKE!!!!!

Smeštaj čist,uredan; u apartmanu ima sve što je navedeno. Domaćini su veoma ljubazni, gostoljubivi i uvek na usluzi . Mirno mesto sa prelepim restoranima, sve preporuke.
