Description

Sea Nomad Luxury Maisonette is a modernly designed accommodation unit located in Nikiti. The location is convenient, with the beach about 850 meters away, while the marina and the promenade with various restaurants are approximately 500 meters from the property.

Accommodation

The accommodation is organized as an apartment spread across three levels and can accommodate up to six adults. The ground floor features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and one bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as an additional bathroom. The third level is located in the attic and includes another double bed in an open sleeping area, along with an additional bathroom. A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, with air conditioners and TVs located in the living room and in all bedrooms. Guests have access to WiFi internet, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooktop with four burners, a large oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

The property also features a terrace with outdoor seating furniture where guests can spend time outside and enjoy the surroundings. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Apartment cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are organized every five days during the stay. A private parking space is provided for guests.
