Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sarizas Apartments is located 50m from the center of Siviri, on the Kassandra peninsula, 200m from Siviri Beach, 2.1 km from Elani Beach, and 2,2km away from Agios Nikolaos Fourka Beach. The nearest market and bakery are 30m from the property.

The facility offers accommodation for 2 to 7 persons and provides Wi-Fi internet, TV, air conditioning, and private parking.

Accommodation

Sarizas Apartments has 7 accommodation units in two buildings - four four-bed apartments (32m2), two five-bed apartments (35m2), and one three-bedroom apartment (70m2). Upstairs units have partial sea views.

The four and five-bed apartments consist of a separate bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, while the living room with kitchen has a single bed.

The three-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. The bedrooms have two single beds which can be connected, and the living room with kitchen also has two single beds.

Kitchens are equipped with a fridge and a ceramic hob. Some units also feature an oven.

Towels are available on request. Bed linens are changed once a week while guests clean apartments by themselves.

Private parking for 6-7 vehicles is in front of the accommodation. The others can use public parking 50 meters away, or park their cars on the street 30 meters from the accommodation.
