Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
San Giorgio Luxury Studios is located on the Athos Peninsula, 350 meters from the beach in Nea Roda. It offers accommodation for 3-5 people.
Accommodation
The complex has 7 studios set on the first floor:
• Three triple studios without terrace with three single beds;
• Two quadruple studios with a terrace and four single beds;
• One quadruple studio without a terrace with four single beds;
• One quintuple studio with a terrace and five single beds.
In all units, it is possible to connect the beds or add a baby cot on request.
Each studio has a kitchenette that includes a fridge with a freezer, a two-burner stovetop, and a toaster, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.
The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. A hair dryer can be requested at the reception. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.
Free parking is possible on the street in front of and around the accommodation.
