Cancelation policy
• For any cancellation that takes place at least 30 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 30 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of non-show, late arrival or early departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee the total amount will be charged.

Salonikiou Beach Deluxe Apartments is a complex located in a quiet, green environment between Sithonia and Athos, 120 meters from Salonikiou Beach. It offers accommodation for up to six people with a spacious garden and private parking.

The small towns of Pirgadikia and Metagitsi are 4 kilometers away, and there you can find all the necessary amenities.

The complex consists of three types of apartments distributed on the ground, first, and second floors.

One-bedroom apartment

• For three adults or two adults and two children up to 8 years old;
• Separate bedroom with a double bed;
• Living room with a sofa bed;
• Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area;
• Private bathroom with a shower/ a bathroom and a toilet;
• Terrace with a view of the garden or a side sea view.

Apartment with two bedrooms

• For five adults or four adults and two children up to 8 years old;
• Two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds;
• Living room with a sofa bed;
• Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area;
• Two private bathrooms with a shower/ a bathroom and a toilet;
• Terrace with a garden view.

Junior Suite

• For three adults or two adults and two children up to 8 years old;
• Bedroom with a double bed;
• Living room with a sofa bed;
• Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area;
• A spacious terrace with a panoramic sea view sunbeds, and seating.

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning in every room, satellite television, free Wi-Fi internet, and mosquito nets. Kitchens include a mini or standard stove with an oven, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and kitchenware.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious yard with a barbecue, garden furniture, and free private parking.
