Saba Villa

Saba Villa is located in Hanioti, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 440 meters from the beach. The property consists of one villa accommodating up to 10 guests. It features a spacious courtyard, a landscaped garden, private parking, and outdoor areas designed for relaxation and social gatherings.

Accommodation

Saba Villa offers four bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two private bathrooms, terraces, and a large outdoor area with views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds suitable for two guests each. The remaining two bedrooms feature two bunk beds and one single bed each, making them suitable for children or larger families.

The living room serves as the central gathering area and is connected to the kitchen and dining space.

The kitchen is equipped for independent meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, basic cooking equipment, cookware, serving dishes, and kitchen utensils.

The villa has two private bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Guests are provided with a hairdryer, shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, conditioner, towels, and hot water throughout their stay.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, a washing machine, iron, clothes hangers, bed linen, and towels.
