• If a reservation is canceled up to 25 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Roxani’s Apartments are located in Agios Nikolaos, on the Sithonia peninsula. The property is 300 meters from the town center and approximately 3 km from Trani Ammouda Beach. The complex consists of two apartments situated on a high ground floor, each suitable for up to 4 guests.

Accommodation

Both apartments have the same layout and amenities. Each apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a separate living room with a kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a small oven with two burners. There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and mosquito screens. Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are provided every 3 days.

Guests have access to a well-maintained yard with barbecue facilities. Private parking is not available; however, free street parking is available in the surrounding area.
