Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Located only 70m from the beach of Neos Marmaras, Rooms Anna features air-conditioned studios with balcony overlooking the mountains or the Aegean Sea. Within walking distance you can fins supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and the city square.

Accommodation

The accommodation offers studios that can accommodate 2-4 people. There are 6 double, 3 triple and 4 quadruple studios.

In the front part of the building, there are double studios that have sea view. Some of them are located on the first floor (no.3, 4, 5) and have either one double bed or 2 single beds. The rest of them are located on the second floor (no.7, 8, 9). In the same part of the building, there are quadruple studios that also have a sea view. They consist of one double bed, one drawer bed and one sofa. They are located on the ground floor (no.1, 2) and on the third floor (no.11, 12).

In the back part of the building, there are triple studios that consist of a double and a single bed. They don't have a sea view. They are located either on the ground floor (no.6), on the second floor (no.10) and on the third floor (no.13).

All of the units have an equipped kitchenette. Bed linen and towels are replaced every 3-4 nights, depending on the length of stay. For stays shorter than 5 nights only towels are replaced, unless guests ask otherwise.

There is a public parking nearby where guests can park their cars.

Pets are not allowed.
