• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Enjoy your holidays in a peaceful environment, surrounded by nature, near the sea and discover Parga, one of the most beautiful areas of Greece. 

It has all modern amenities and a unique atmosphere of tranquility, stands out for its warm colors and classical furniture. Our goal is to make the stay as pleasant as possible for our guests.

Accommodation

Rooms & Apartments Dimas B. consists of six (6) spacious STUDIOS (28 m² to 35 m²) hosting 2-3 people, and a compartment with two bedrooms and separate kitchen area (48 m²) suitable for a family.

All have a spacious balcony or terrace overlooking the garden, the pool and the Venetian Castle of Parga.

They are fully equipped. They have quality classic furniture and decoration. The beds have eco memory foam mattresses the leading Italian company Magniflex Greek or branded mattresses with extra upper mattress for extra comfort.

The units are cleaned six times a week. Towels are changed every other, and bed linen every third day.

Studios are not available for season 2026.
