Retro Beach House is a beachfront house that consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. One bedroom has one single bed and a double bed, while the other has one double bed. The living room has four sofa beds. The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, a stovetop, an oven, and a refrigerator.

This facility offers access to a patio and free WiFi. Outdoor dining is also possible at the holiday home.

In the courtyard of the house, there is a kiosk available for use by guests. The house is ideally located. Exiting the courtyard is the long sandy beach of Peramos and the crystal clear sea. There is a mini-market next to the house and a supermarket within 2 minutes by car.
