Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

In the heart of the popular summer destination Nea Peramos, just 300 meters from the beach and the hustle and bustle of summer activities is located Relax Home Vacation. Newly renovated family apartment providing outdoor living on the private roof garden featuring a dinning area with barbecue and a kids’ play area.

Accommodation

Relax Home Vacation can accommodate three families with children or 10-11 persons, in 3 spacious bedrooms equipped with 2 king size beds (1.80x2.00m) with anatomic latex mattress, 1 queen size bed, 2 single beds and an extra bed, as well as a baby cot. It has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Guests have at their disposal a washing machine, a dishwasher and a private roof terrace with a barbecue and outdoor dining area.

The spacious living room area features a large corner sofa which turns into a full size double bed. The brand new dinning set (0.90X2.00m) can sit 8 persons while the round meal set in the kitchen can host children. A meal can easily be prepared on the brand new inox electrical appliances. The 42 inch plasma TV, the free Wi Fi, the central heating and the fireplace, on winter days, can give guests moments of relaxation. Home has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath tab.
