Rafael Studios is located on the Sithonia peninsula, 120 meters from Sykia beach and about 300 meters from the nearest market.

It offers accommodation for 4 people with a yard and private parking.

There is only one accommodation unit available - an apartment on the ground floor suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and dishes. The private bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels are provided, and changed every three days.

Guests have at their disposal a covered terrace with seating, a yard, a barbecue, and free parking.
