• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Q Casa Nature is located in the village of Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula, in the Halkidiki region, approximately 1.5 km from the beach. The property offers four accommodation units with capacities ranging from 2 to 6 guests, making it a suitable choice for couples, families, and small groups. Guests have access to a shared courtyard with relaxation facilities, free private parking, Wi-Fi internet, and modern, fully equipped accommodation units.

The property is situated along the main Sarti – Toroni road, just a few meters before the turnoff for Sykia village and approximately five minutes from the village center.ALMA Studio
ALMA Studio is located on the ground floor and is designed to accommodate up to 2 guests. It features one double bed suitable for two people. Guests have access to a kitchenette for preparing meals during their stay.
The kitchenette is equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. The private bathroom includes a shower cabin, washbasin, and toilet. A hair dryer and toiletries are provided.
VIDA Studio
VIDA Studio is located on the ground floor and accommodates 2 to 4 guests. It features one double bed for two people and one sofa bed suitable for two additional guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils, allowing guests to prepare meals during their stay.
