Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Q Casa Luxury Living is a brand new accommodation in Sikia, on the Sithonia peninsula. It is located on the highest point of the town, so it offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea. The beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car (5.8 km). It offers accommodation for 4-6 people with a yard and private parking.

Accommodation

Four accommodation units are available.

Q Casa Verde is a maisonette consisting of two levels and can accommodate 6 people. On the first level is the main area for a double bed, a sofa, and a kitchen. There is a double bed and a single bed in the attic. It has a private bathroom and a terrace with a table and chairs

Q Casa Piedra is an apartment located on the ground floor and can accommodate 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. It has a private bathroom and a terrace.

Q Casa Gaia is a studio located on the ground floor and can accommodate 4 people. It is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed that is suitable for 2 people. It has a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the studio has its own terrace.

Q Casa Uranius is a maisonette located on the first floor and has two levels and can accommodate 5 people. In the central part, there is a corner sofa that can be extended, suitable for 2 people. While the gallery has one double bed and one single bed. It has a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the maisonette has its own terrace.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV. Towels, bed linen, and ironing equipment are provided. It is also possible to use a shared washing machine.

Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, espresso machine, and kettle, while bathrooms have showers, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries.

Guests have at their disposal a common yard with outdoor furniture, a swing, a barbecue, and free private parking.
