Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Pirate Studios is located 50 meters from the beach, in Olympiada, in the Strimonikos bay.

Pirate Studios consists of one studio located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years.

Studio has a double bed, one double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

Pirate Studio offers terrace with sea view with sitting set, where guests can enjoy in sea view and sound of waves.
